The Golden Visa has risen 11.4% in February

The investment captured via the ARI (Authorization for Residency through Investment) , as the Golden Visa is known, has risen 11.4% in February, compared to the same month last year, siting at 99.5 million euros, but has reduced by 29% compared to last month (141,2 million euros in January).

The investment captured via the ARI (Authorization for Residency through Investment) , as the Golden Visa is known, has risen 11.4% in February, compared to the same month last year, siting at 99.5 million euros, but has reduced by 29% compared to last month (141,2 million euros in January).
According to data released by the Services of Foreign affairs and Borders (SEF) during the first two months of the year, the investment captured via the Golden Visas totalled 240,7 million euros, 88.2% more than in the same period of the previous year.
A total of 4.578 Golden Visas were issued.
Since the "Golden Visas", as they are also known, began being issued on the 5th October 2012, until February, the total captured investment reached the
2.807.940.267,36 euros mark, of which 277.871.582,07 euros were via bank transfer and 2.530.068.685,29 euros via purchase of real estate.
