Tourist project, called SUN CLIFFS RESORT, is in its initial construction. It involves the construction of a 5-star hotel, 72 tourist apartments with 5 typologies (T1 to T3), 29 lots of detached villas for construction. Located in Ponta da Piedade, privileged area, with magnificent sea views and very close to several beautiful beaches of the Costa Doiro de Lagos.

Originated in the Plan for the Revitalization of the Piedade Bridge, which provides for a substantial investment for the refurbishment of the walkways between the beaches of Dona Ana and Camilo Beach, the improvement of access and new car parks, the Sun Cliffs will consist of two imposing towers, which will be dedicated to a five-star hotel and a building consisting of tourist apartments, fully equipped and furnished, the completion of which is scheduled for summer 2023.

In addition to the complex, formed by the two buildings, an urbanization will be built on the ground south of sun cliffs resort, which will complement the entire surroundings in a unique and elegant way.
